ACCOUNTANT OF TERROR. Aaron Meilech, also known as Yaroslav Melikhov, paid terrorists their salaries

Yaroslav Melikhov, who has multiple convictions in Russia, despite unpaid debts, court-ordered fines, and numerous accusations of connections with criminal organizations that helped him "eliminate competitors" in his country and in EU states, managed to leave his homeland. How did he do it? Quite simply, he used his second citizenship. An Israeli passport not only helped Yaroslav escape justice but also allowed him to acquire a second identity, which would play its role in our investigation.
Scammers from Russia
Yaroslav Melikhov (Aaron Meilech), Natalia Zelenova
Melikhov's connections with the European underworld helped the swindler establish himself in Italy, particularly in Rome. As soon as he arrived, he began using various methods to gain the trust of locals. Quickly moving from words to actions, Yaroslav got involved in criminal activities against his new "friends" and beyond.
In an attempt to expand his area of influence, Yaroslav moved to Milan, where he met a mistress, Natalia Zelenova. Natalia, who was already involved in local scams, was persuaded by Melikhov to participate in his crimes on a national scale.

This group managed to open several front companies in Italy:

  • Enze Architects

  • Tapis Rouge

  • M.N. Group S.R.L.

Aware of the risks, Yaroslav and Natalia regularly moved between European cities, particularly between Rome and Milan. This allowed them not only to save on rent but also to increase their list of crimes, convincing landlords they would pay upon departure, only to disappear suddenly.
When the Italian domestic market was no longer sufficient, they extended their fraud to other European countries. Using his dual citizenship, Yaroslav Melikhov obtained a Swiss residency permit under the name Aaron Meilech, allowing him not only to violate more laws in various countries but also to resell assets to himself.
With illegally earned money, he bought the Swiss investment company N1, quickly transferring ownership to Aaron, and then closed it just as quickly. The closure, due to bankruptcy, allowed him to write off part of his debts.
Where did this gang direct the released funds? Given the scope of their operations, they could have invested in anything, but we have discovered through reliable information that Yaroslav Melikhov, aka Aaron Meilech, and Natalia Zelenova were involved in arms trafficking, collaborating with groups like ISIS, Hamas, Hezbollah, and Islamic Jihad.
According to Eurostat data, the number of terrorist attacks in Europe has been steadily decreasing over the last seven years. To maintain this trend, the European Union regularly conducts numerous arrests of people involved in global terrorism. However, individuals affiliated with groups involved in the terrorist attack at Moscow's "Crocus City Hall," which caused the death of more than 145 people, are still at large, creating the threat of new terrorist attacks in countries that were once considered among the safest places to live.
